When choosing a competent broadband and telecoms provider you should call in and see how their organization operates. You should also ask key questions:

  • Can your provider install your business LAN (if required)?
  • Does your provider supply an appropriate router for Internet access?
  • Do you have the choice of ADSL and SDSL for broadband connection?
  • Can they supply a leased lines between your offices and up to the Internet (if needed)?
  • Can they support and maintain all your broadband services?
